Be conscious. Be present. Be aware. Be now.

Everything is now. There's nothing else.


Stop thinking for a moment. Give your mind a vacation. Just feel. Feel everything around you. Sounds, temperatures, lights, tastes. Feel the freedom to feel. But don't judge. Don't regret. Don't anticipate.

Just be. Now.
